Text of Complaint by Vinayak Tripathi:

I was not recharging my Airtel dish account as my tv stopped working 3 months ago. As there was no tv to watch I stopped recharging my Airtel DTH account. But after 3 months airtel employees started calling me and told that if I will not recharge my DTH account my account will get disconnected. They used to call 3 to 4 times everyday which was very irritating. I told them that my tv is not working and I will not recharge my account. I have to take new tv and I will recharge after arrival of my new tv. So the employee said,” Do recharge now and we will keep your DTH account on hold. When your new tv will come do call to airtel and we will remove the hold and you can watch your tv and your validity also will not get wasted”. I agreed and did the recharge. But he did not put my account on hold. And my money got wasted. Airtel is a fraud. I complained to airtel but they were like…. We don’t give such offers to anyone. This is the reality of airtel . This is how they behave with their employees
The employee lied and cheated with me. I have call recording with me.
