I ordered a set piece which cost me ₹5,999/- on July 9th 2021. There was no communication whatsoever about the delivery timeline for these pieces on their e-commerce website https://www.thecomicstore.in/
I was later told that the expected delivery time for this would be 4-5 months. Honestly, with the pandemic, i wanted to support small businesses so i was ok with the wait. It’s been almost 7 months now. Nothing has been delivered. They responded to me twice 6 months ago and that’s it.
I need a response from then or a refund. Please help me!
