I have booked a flat in TGS constructions Pvt. Ltd., under project by name “TGS Mauritius” . As per agreement and MOU i have paid 35% which is 6.56Lak.  I have booked on the month of March 2016,  while booking they have informed me within three months the said project, while i  was inquiring they are postponing the same with number of reasons accordingly having an intention of small house in Bangalore with my affordable price waited for the same on dec 16 came to know the said project is not going to happen i have cancelled it and asked for refunding the deposited money,  TGS Construction provided a commitment letter within 31st Dec 17 they will pay it, it is not happened now the office itself is closed.

Now the case is with CID, Kindly help us in getting back our hard earned money back. i have taken money from lenders still days i am paying interest and going now they are asking for the full amount which is not in my hand,  i am unable to get loan also to payback them.  now only one way in front of me is to commit s@uicide along with my family,  only thinking the mistake done by me why my kids is to suffer waiting a favorable solution from the honorable justice.
