I had booked a 2 bhk apartment in whitefield bangalore 8 months back.
It was a pre launch offer
Later on i came to know that the land was not registered in tgs name & it was a fraud case
I had paid 7 lakhs
I had received post dated refund cheques from tgs which later on bounced.
