The company approached me in WhatsApp for providing an opportunity of Online Job. They asked for Passport photo, Aadhar card, my name etc. and asked me login in a portal that should have given me access to online jobs. They said to pay money only after I get paid for the first job. The links were broken in the job, and nothing worked. After 6 days, they are demanding me to pay INR 7079 by showing a paper which they are calling court papers. They are continuously harassing me with calls and messages in WhatsApp and mobile no. The document does not have any proper digital signature or any stamp that states it is legal. They are threatening me if charges are not paid in 30-45 minutes, then they will file case in Surat, Gujrat consumer commission court where I will have to pay 80,000 to 1 Lakh INR as compensation and damage charges. I didn’t take any privileges or salary from this company. They are force me to pay the amount. And they said you will not pay the amount you face it legal action I fail a complaint against you. I have all the documents against you . I file the case against you and police will come in your residential address. they are threating me .
