My self:- Mohd Ali raja

I have Airtel prepaid sim card which is almost 10 years old the no is 9892139255
Network is not coming in it since last 1 week.I visited airtel gallery today at 11:00 am he gave me duplicate sim sim number in exchange for this sim and said it will be activated in 4 hours but it is not activated yet
Before taking the SIM card we had given our original aadhar card hardcopy to airtel executive and he activated it and where you want it will be activated in 4 hours when it is not activated i asked customer care then he told that your documents cold not be processed.it has been connected, you will visit again.
airtel gallery no one is near me for this i had traveled 30 kms and took 1 day from the company for which i got ₹2000 detected
When I talked to the nodal officer about this, he showed the attitude and said that whatever you want to do, we will not do anything.
I have brought luck if it is not activated in 24 hours, I will take legal action against airtel company, be ready for it, consider it a warning or else it will go on
