Text of Complaint by Utkrasht Prajapati:

I have booked the e-ticket having PNR Number – 8108032204 to travel by Train Number – 11057 (CSMT ASR Express)
Train Number – 11057 reached my boarding station in Virangana Lakshmibai Jhansi Junction 7.45 hours late.

As the train was running late more than 3 hours so I filed TDR for “Train was late more than 3 hours and passengers not traveled”.on 16th September 2023 at 18.56 (as per TDR Refund rule- it should be file TDR before the actual departure of Train)
TDR No. – 100000843015813

I have submitted the complaint to care@irctc.co.in and did follow-up with Indian railway. Every time they are giving different reasons and rejecting the TDR request for PNR No. 8108032204

So I request you to kindly help me in getting the full refund for the ticket having PNR Number – 8108032204
