Text of Complaint by 8147379615:

I have booked a train ticket through PayTM for 20th Aug. Train delayed by 7hrs (actual departure time was 6AM on 21st Aug) due to which I did not travel and tried filing TDR through payTM which did not worked due to some technical glitch at 3:42AM and I ve raised a request to payTM to file a TDR at 3:42AM but they responded at 6:55AM mentioning that TDR filing time has already lapsed.
