Dear Team IRCTC

I am trying to file TDR / Cancellation from the 12th of Nov.
After many attempts, I did not get the confirmation from the Website/App.
So I am writing a request email to process and update me about my refund status.

Reason for Refund – Both passengers did not travel due to partial confirmation after charting.
The second passenger (my father) is a patient and also 74 years old and a senior citizen. It is not possible for him for aLoan boarding in the train.
