Hi,

This is almost 15 days since requested for new connection..still not completed though payment received by the company – Rs. 3700.

— Jan 30 Requested for new connection:
The new connection request made on Feb 1st and the next day Technical team came up with two setup boxes and one receiver. He has connected one device and informed shortage of wire for other connection.. Also, to enable we need to pay 3700 (wiring 500, 100 connectors, 3100 connections) immediately…trusted on Tatasky, we have made the payment…But till today no improvement on both connections ..
I got three supervisors commitment to complete the same with three dead lines….Still no improvement.
Kindly requesting this issue should be prioritized and solve immediately.
Feb – 17 : 7 PM technical team mentioning that cannot solve problem
