Hello Sir,

Im a Airtel postpaid customer and i selected a plan called family plan which offers to add 2 family members into my billing without charges.

Im trying to add my 2 of my family members Airtel mobile no as offered by Airtel it is not allowing for the past 10 days

visited Airtel showroom but no proper solution was offered to me, when I tried reaching customer care vide 121 service no , only Hindi language service  pre recorded message only I’m getting which I don’t understand anything

I’m fed up with the service, pls direct them to address my complaints
