I have got a new connection of Tatasky on April 22. The man who installed it told me that first one month package is free,hence till may 21-22. He took full payment in cash and did not provide any receipt. Now I have been told that plan is valid upto May 13 not May 22. How can they retract from the promise they made at the time of installation. This is a clear cut fraud.
