Dear All,

When I reactivated my TATA Sky after the new TRAI Rule I opted for “Bengali Hindi Premium Sports English HD” and was charged Rs.512/- which I was ok with. Then after sometime I found that I was charged another 245 stating that it is the network charges. which is very unprofessional.

I have called the customer care number and they said this is it. However I tried to make them understand that I have seen an offer where in TATA SKY was providing Amazon Fire Stick for free with a subscription cost of 245/- which again I was happy have so I opted for it. But since the Broadband was not working at my residence so the executive who came in to install the device took it back and said that I wont be charged for this till the time it is installed.

I kept telling the customer care about the incident to make them aware that it may be this device which is getting added to the total bill and since the device is yet not installed so this amount should not reflect but instead they insisted that this is a network charge which you will otherwise be charged even if you opt for the Amazon device or not.

Please HELP.
