Text of Complaint by Mihir:

Tataplay Technician said company is offering a Binge product for one month free and activated the same during his visit on my tataplay Id. Now company is charging me for that product and when I contacted customer care they saying it’s my fault I believed in the technician and once money is debited we will not refund you. They further said you talk to anybody in tataplay and your complaint will not be resolved. Complain anywhere. I tried on customer care and social media platform of Tataplay and they saying it’s my fault I believed in the technician which was sent by the Company only. I checked with neighbour and even their technician tried to scam them with the same.
