Tataplay enrolled us in Binge OTT without our requesting. When I asked them to disconnect it, they didn’t do it for months. This Binge service caused the balance to be exhausted. This led to disconnection. We faced monetary loss, lack of service and mental trauma as elderly couldn’t watch their devotional programs
