Hello team,
“Tata Play” adding channels in customers subscription list without customers’ knowledge.
Customer care executive said that the customer himself has subscribed those channels from WhatsApp mobile application.
Customer care executive refused to share such request related information to the customer.
They have already deduct amount against the channels and refuse to return. And most of the time they use this exercise and cause customers’ problems.
