Text of Complaint by Priya V:

Tatacliq.com online delivered 10k headphones and they said 7 day return policy. Filed return within hourz of getting the product, been 2 weeks tatacliq doesn’t reply in mail . Contacted customer care , Facebook and WhatsApp. No reply from them. Checked Facebook and Twitter, thousands of customers lost money and complained but tatacliq is not replying and not returning money. They are giving false promise of return and dumping defective product on customers using Tata name.
