Dear Tata sky Team,

Iam customer of Tata Sky since last 9 years and have been enjoying the services.

But my setup box has changed twice in year and that really puts me for thinking on the service & Quality of Setup box Tata is been providing,

I have always been referring all my friends and relatives to take Tata Sky connection when it comes to DTH, but now by seeing my experience i would really not recommend to any one.

Quality of Setup provided by Tata sky is just one year or so… if that is the case, then we should be informed that we are bound to change setup box since it will have issues after an year.

I have raised my compliant @ helpdesk@tatasky, and they have called me once and informed me they will try to look into the matter and resolve it by giving my moneyback.

Why should i pay for poor quality of Setup box provided by Tata Sky.
