Tata sky is the worst survice provider company I have three time raise the request for cencilation of set up box but request has not taken .
Signal is not coming error has showing on screen when call to customer care they told I have taken the request and technical team call in 24 hour but no any update from tata sky side again second day call the executive said sorry sir you request has not take in proper again said I have raise new request but no any response and said when technician come your hose you have to pay charge but why I have pay when no any issue from my side in one year three set up box has been change ans after two to three month same problem has coming I think this is company policy in regular intervals customer has give problem so that company has recovered extra amount
This is very badfull experience so I want to cancil my set up box and refund money and monthly pack
