Dear Sir,
I have requested Tata sky to relocate my connection on 31 of May 2019 (second time) since that time I have called so many times to customer care they are saying on every call within 2 hours it will be sorted and concern team will arrange the person for installation of dish.
I lost all balance no body called to me nor visited to site they also misplaced my dish antenna for that also I have given complaint no action has been taken they are not even bothered post calling so many times still same answers.
When we do delay for a day they cut the connection since a month we are struggling to get connection now how do penalize them some one has to take action against then only they take customers seriously so only I wanted to bring this to your notice.
