Text of Complaint by Rajesh Sahoo:

I have placed a new connection order for my home(at – Byree, Jajpur, Orissa, 754082) on 23rd May 2019 13:26 PM and paid the new connection fees and first month charge as TATA SKY showed for my order in their site. I have booked the 23rd May 2019 5PM-8PM slot, however as of the writing 28th May 2019 12:15 PM no installation yet.

I got a call from local tata sky office and the lady said they will do it on 24th May but since then no news and whenever we call the lady cto (+919778060201) she is misbehaving and even the manager is saying they dont know when they will be able to install the new connection. Need help here, I thought TATA SKY is a reputed name and will have good customer service but seems to be the worse. Either new connection installation date needed or refund required for my paid amount.

+919778060201 – Some lady worker on the tata sky office who doesnt even know English
