During rainy season we get annoying message that your set up box is not receiving signal and as a result we cannot watch TV, it’s been the same problem every year and tata sky is not taking any efforts to resolve it. I have been complaining every year to them but they are not fixing this issue. Such annoying service from them. My complaint ID this year is 2WME664J. I want this to be taken preference and strict action to be taken against tata sky for not resolving this issue.
