Tata sky is not resolving a simple request from last 3 months, I got irritated with calling them multiple time and send them emails, everytime different customer care person will pick the call and I need to make him explain everything, I am mentally harassed by doing this multiple times as they don’t resolve the issue and just close the ticket. and there are different teams/dept. internally which as a customer I don’t care, I should get resolution which I am not getting!!!
