Text of Complaint by Sakshi Rana:

Its really surprising that the service levels of Airtel is so poor. I had requested for an additional connection to my Airtel DTH account, I had to call mutiple times for them to visit and add a new connection at home, the struggle was not over they took 1600 rupees in cash and even deducted the same amount from our online account. After calling them multiple times they refunded the amount to our account. Then to activate the channels it’s been more than 10 days we are hearing the same issue that we will arrange a call back as they don’t know the reason for it to not get activated . They say it will get activated in 1/2 an hour, which doesn’t work then they say the application is down and they are not able to access the account details. The money has already got Deducted however the cannels are still not yet activated. That’s great we are paying money for no reason. It’s rediculous service now to remove the connection they are not ready to refund the amount. Don’t know what’s the solution for all the struggle just to get a tv connection in 21st Centuary.
