Text of Complaint by Ajay Shukla:

It is very sad to report that Tata Sky has migrated us to some plan of their wish without consenting us and the value of the pack is 28 percent higher than our original pack (which is against the latest TRAI guidelines). Moreover, they are not even providing all the channels which we had subscribed to.

Please look into it and safeguard our rights as a consumer. They cannot impose their self-made rules violating the TRAI guidelines.

  1. As per TRAI direction, following the new Tariff order, service providers will migrate their customers to a best fit plan carrying their key current channels. This process is being done in a phased manner every day to migrate the millions of customers by the 31st March. Each customer has the option of changing their channels and packs at any point in time, before or after the migration.
