I ordered a Glucometer but i received a copper water bottle. The courier person refused to accept return or return the money i paid on delivery and told me that the refund will be initiated by customer care. They actually attached a second invoice which in fact belongs to the person who ordered the copper water bottle. Even after calling customer care multiple times, all they promised is a return request. I am getting messages from the courier service saying return will be initiated today, but no one comes nor calls. I ordered for a COD, paid money to the courier guy and opened the courier in front of him. As i said he rejected to return the money or take the product. My Order id OR1631SEA-001A, the product which is wrongly delivered,, its order id as per 2nd invoice is OR0914SEA-001A
