Tata Sky primary recoring HD set top box was not working for which I raised a complaint using toll free number on 27th March, 2020. There after  none of your technicians visited my premises to look into problem.  Toll free number representative guided me with procedure to revive set top box but it didnot work and adivsed onsite techncian who never came despite of his schedules. After several repeated calls and followup on toll free number finally technician was scheduled on 11th June and fixed the problem.

Please note since 27th March till date I have been paying the subscription fee regularly but I couldnot watch the services as set top box was not working.

My request is to credit back charges that I paid and couldnot use tata sky services.
