Dear sir,

As I inform you that today I have recharge the my tv recharge by tata sky through mobile app the pack which I have choose the same account deducted from my account but the same channels which I have want those are not aa I am continuous dial the customer care number the number is busy since 45 minutes as I am not satisfied with their services kindly look into this
