Hi Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to escalate a critical matter regarding TATAPLAY that has remained unresolved despite my efforts to resolve it through the appropriate channels. I apologize for resorting to this method of communication, but I believe the urgency and importance of the issue warrant immediate attention from senior management.

For the past 11 days, I have been experiencing an ongoing issue related to the DVB SSB +S Loader software downloading issue in the TATAPlay Setup box, which has become a frequent issue, it gets repeated in every 3-4 months and for the short term resolution I need to get a technician’s visit arranged with the help of the Tata Play customer care services. As you know that the technician visit is chargeable and being a stupid customer of the TATA PLAY I have to make this payment to the technician in every quarter. However, there is no permanent fix provided of this problem.

I have followed the established protocols and engaged with the relevant teams and individuals, including Mr. Aniket and Mr. Ayush from the escalation team, in an attempt to find a resolution. Unfortunately, despite their initial assurances and promises, the issue persists and has had a significant impact on viewing the channels on my TATAPlay setup box.

I would like to emphasize that I have made repeated efforts to address the matter through the proper channels, but the lack of progress and resolution has caused frustration and impeded my ability to fulfill my responsibilities effectively. I have also provided detailed documentation, evidence, and examples to support my concerns, but it appears that these have not received the attention they deserve.

I firmly believe in the commitment to excellence and problem-solving that your organization upholds. However, the continued unresolved nature of this issue raises concerns about our ability to deliver optimal results and maintain a healthy work environment. Moreover, it undermines the confidence and trust that I, as well as other team members, have in the systems and processes in place.

Given the gravity of the situation and I kindly request your immediate intervention to help resolve this matter. I am confident that with your support and influence, we can find a swift and satisfactory solution that addresses the root cause of the issue and prevents its recurrence.
