Text of Complaint by Kanaiyalal Vaghani:

For 6 months Tata play charged my grandparents’ account wrongfully for Tata play binge – 299rs for 6 months! We had never registered for any such service and we had not received any intimation of the same. As we had refilled our account with an entire year’s worth of amount, we only realised when in 6 months we saw that our account needed refill. When we tried to complaint to customer care they were of no help, we asked for proof and they couldn’t even trace any call or request we had made for the service (obviously as we didn’t make the request in the first place!). There is no escalation and when we went online we saw that many others have faced the same issue! These guys are stealing from us in broad daylight! Tata play is a crook! We have since started process to surrender the connection and get our money back.
