Text of Complaint by Subrahmanyam Marthy:

I am using Tata Play (Before it was Tata Sky) since nearly 10 years. Every time I was doing annual subscription and going with the same package for 1 year. But this time same did but modified packages during the tenure to minimize the cost spending on entertainment. During this procedure, when I modified packages Tata Binge subscription is enabled automatically from Tata Play side and started debiting 299 rs every month. This happened for more than 6 months. I came to knew once recharged amount is totally debited and prompted for recharge. And also they started sharing false information about the offers. Tata Play said 175 rs is meant for watching OTT channels and 299 adds 2 more channels. But 175 rs is not meant for watching OTT content on TV. This is not communicated to me before recharging. Tata sky is cheating the customers and stealing the hard earned money. Following cheap business tricks to get easy money. I request to probe this matter and take appropriate action on Tata Play.
