Vodafone with out intimating me they have changed my plan so I spoke to customer care the confirmed thorugh email stating that they will charge 199 as monthly rental but still they are charging monthly 399 and giving discount of 100rs
And my another number with out intimation they have changed the plan from 199 to 299
On the top when am calling they are careless and telling that to go to court which is very irresponsible staff and I want to take action aganist them.
