I have a wallet balance of Rs. 94351 in talk charge ewallet as on date. The app restricts me from using this wallet money. Customer Care is not Responding, Transaction is going to Failed, 20% Continence Fees Charges. Instead of it is failed it is Not Refunded. Any Alternate Solution, Compliance Authority.

Day is not far when one day this scam will explode. Talk charge is sitting over investor money and is not allowing payment to billers. Whenever I do transaction for payment of my bill transactions failed and amount is debited from my wallet. After repeated reminders once you get back your in your wallet again transaction will fail and talk charge will swallow your money. I can product my transaction statement and this cycle of failed transactions happening repeatedly shows intention of company to loot public money.. It is right time to book officials of company and freeze their accounts. Though indidyally one can go to consumer court but then individual problem will be solved and company is enjoying with public money
