This relates to the digital wallet company PayTM(One97 Communications Ltd,B121, Sector 5,Noida – 201301).

I had availed the postpaid services under which they gave me the certain limit of 10 thousand rupees which I can use and pay later on monthly basis bill generation and I can convert and pay a certain amount in easy monthly installments , all the process is fine on the boards but please see the below how this company cheating to their customers.
1) As per the March Bill statement ,I need to pay them 2008.79 rs and I paid the amount .Hence there were no pending dues for March 2021,till that date there was an outstanding 2318rs which I was paying on a monthly basis as per the agreement from Paytm.
2) After Paying the bill there was a popup message shown in their Paytm app and it said that they upgraded my postpaid account for which I need to pay 2318 rs to upgrade my account and the same amount will get refunded within a week and I paid it.
3) After a week I approached Paytm customer service to refund my money via their twitter handle @paytmcare , everyday they used to tell me that they are working on my issue on priority . After 15 day they told me money will get refunded in 72 hrs ,Hence again I waited for 72 hrs but nothing has happened and again I approached them to refund my money but this time they had stopped to respond to my issues.
It’s clear evidence that this company is cheating the customers by giving such fake promises and commitments. Why does a person need to struggle this much to get his money back? I’m attaching all the evidence and it’s up to you what kind of action you are going to take on them.
