I get job from quikr from the company NUROTECH SYSTEM SERVICES
I done job of 1200 forms filling.
They don’t tell about fine details, form how to correct.
I done my job in the best way.
After completion of work they said I didn’t attend 85% accuracy so they ask 3500 admin charges.
Otherwise they say come to court pay 15000 now. I get whatsApp message from advocate

already told you in verification call if your 1200 forms is not complete or if your 1020 forms is not correct then you unable to receive salary and you need to pay admin charges so kindly pay admin charges then i will close your case otherwise we take legal action against you…

Now, we have verified your case and found that you have breached the clause of an agreement. As per an Indian Contract Act 1872 you have signed an agreement and if you don’t make payment for losses then section 17 shall be imposed on you. We are serious for our client’s Infinity loss of their work. Now, you need to pay an amount as per agreement term. As per an Indian Penal code section 420 shall be imposed on you if you abscond from the situation. Now you don’t pay that amount what our client is demanding for then, you need to pay double the amount and legal notice will be issued to you. Still you fail to pay this amount then, we will call you here for legal proceedings.
