Today I have received a message that your Gamepind for 30 days is activated and my Rs.75/- was deducted. I have not activated any such useless game.
Earlier also same thing happened 2-3 times and my balance has been deducted. I am very much upset with Vi network.
Now from today morning I have called vi customer care for almost 4-5 times and every time the agent says that they are unable to hear us. But Iam clearly able to hear their voice every time.
Don’t know why Vi network is acting so cheaply. Pitty of them.
Please solve my issue.
