I have to say with great sadness that I made a big mistake that I ordered by trusting Amazon I placed an order whose order ID is 407-1468375-0645132 on 09.08.2022 Whose delivery estimate was given to me on 16.08.2022 but the order was not delivered within the delivery time I also called customer care many times but I was not given the correct information, rather it was told time and again that your order will be delivered today. And today on 18.08.2022 when I called customer care and asked about delivery, I was told that this order will be delivered on 21.08.2022 and if you don’t want then you can cancel. If Amazon cannot give the order on delivery time, please do not disturb the customer by taking the order, the customer will be able to order from somewhere else, I did not expect such as company like Amazon, but I think that the Amazon executives think that if a customer Even if it is gone, what difference does it make? I am very disappointed with the very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior of amazon and in future I will never order any from amazon and will also tell my family members and friends and to everyone i know that think 100 times before ordering from amazon and If possible, do not order from Amazon.
