ಈ ಮೇಲ್ಕಂಡ ವಿಷಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಂಬಂಧಿಸಿದಂತೆ ನನ್ನ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಬಾಕಿಯ ಮೊತ್ತ 212 ರೂಪಾಯಿ ಇತ್ತು. ಆದರೆ ಈಗಿನ ಮೊತ್ತ 76 ರೂಪಾಯಿಗಳು ಮಾತ್ರವಿದೆ. ಇದ್ದರಿಂದ ನೊಂದ ನಾನು Vodafone customer careಗೇ phone ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು ಸರಿಯಾದ ಕಡಿತದ ಮಾಹಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ . ಆದ್ದರಿಂದ ಬಾಕಿ ಮೊತ್ತ ನೀಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಕೇಳಿ ಕೇಳುತ್ತೇನೆ.
