Paytm is providing edc machines by sending there agents and there agents are telling false charges and plan for activating the machine and now after the amount has been deducted they are not refunding my full amount

Transaction UPI: 034432074346 Amount deducted from Arefa Kapade account of 10000/- on 9th Dec 11.01pm and didn’t received by Beneficiary (Me). After complain there is no response.
