GTPL is extremely inconsistent. It malfunctions at least 3 times a week. No action is taken even after putting in a complaint. I have filed complaint on 23rd August regarding GTPL broadband connection(complaint no : 6296716). They have closed complaint on 26th August 2020 without any visit from techinitian and without any solution. Can I have answer how they can do this??
