There was a mismatch in the recharge amount, even though recharge was unsuccessful, amount of INR 1454 was deducted and refund is not credited. Hi, My kid is using my wife’s phone online classes. Sometimes they play FreeFire game it seems. They have installed Google pay app. I have uninstalled it after 1/2 days when I saw the google pay app. Even after I uninstalled the same payments have been done using google pay app. And it says purchase of Diamond bundles in FreeFire game. I lost a more than tenthousand. I was not getting sms alerts for debit the amount. How is it possible to makepayments even after uninstalled the payment app? Plese help in recovering my money.
