Empty Mobile box delivered. Mobile Missing in the box. hi.. i ordered a redmi note 9 pro on 8th november 2020. on 14th november the packet was delivered without asking me the otp. in the packet there was an empty box without seal and wrap and the phone was missing..I raised a complaint through amazon app and talked to customer care.. but no genuine action is taken against this fraud and it was declared that the packet was delivered to me. please take it seriously there are so many cases coming in the light about amazon delivery fraud and slowly amazon is losing its goodwill and reliability. If right action is not taken on my complaint , as a customer i will never ever buy anything from Amazon.
