I felt very disappointed with my last shopping experience with amazon . As i had ordered a kaff liz dhc chimney and the chimney that is delivered to me is a defective piece , as per amazon guidelines i have raised issues many times regarding my order and my return is approved by amazon but the problem is that the delivery agent is not picking it up , they are continuosly refusing to pick up my order and this is the worst experience i have with shopping over amazon.
