Amazon agreed for a replacement of a wrong purchase (silver earrings). No replacement was ever made. Even for refund, no pick up has been successful. I have requested for 5-6 pick ups but amazon has paid no heed towards it. Refund/ Pick up status was last modified: July 18th, 2021 by Consumer Court
