Purchased a product from Amazon in November 2020 and it stopped working on May 2021. The product is under warranty and I am trying to get it repaired/replaced from Manufacturer. Since the invoice provided by amazon is not having the serial number of the product, the manufacturer is not accepting warranty claim. I contacted amazon to getting the invoice update with the serial number, but they are not providing it.
