Ordered a One plus 9R, 5G mobile, Order No. 403-8171867-1741117, order placed on 7th Aug 2021, However a Nokia keypad mobile was delivered on 11th Aug 2021. सभी आदरणीयगण से निवेदन है कि amanzon से कभी भी कुछ ऑनलाइन मंगाये तो सोच समझ कर मंगाये। मेरे साथ 12000 का फ्रॉड हो गया है मैंने अभी 8 अगस्त 2021 को सैमसंग M12 का 12200 का EMI पर करवाया था। 10 अगस्त को Delivered भी हो गया जब खुशनसीबी यह रही कि amazon facility पर ही unboxing वीडियो बनाते हुए बॉक्स को खोल लिये और उसमे निकला एक पत्थर का टुकड़ा। 12200 में एक पत्थर का टुकड़ा चिपका दिया amazon ने बहुत बड़ा फ्रॉड है। फिर भी जब कस्टमर केयर पर बात करें तो बोलते है वीडियो और फोटो हमे मेल पर भेजो और मेल ID ऐसी बता दी जिन पर that does not accept incoming e-mails.(cs-reply@amazon.in, स्क्रीन शॉट में) दोस्तो फ्रॉड हो रहा है amazon me. Amazon desh ke vishwas ke saath khel rahi hai. हमारी मेहनत की कमाई ऐसे ही डकार गए भाइयों। 12200 का फ्रॉड किया है amazon ने हमारे साथ, कस्टमर केयर भी प्रॉपर Reply नहीं करते। उनको वैलिड ईमेल ID Provide karwane के लिए बोले तो बोलते है हम कुछ नहीं कर सकते। 11 अगस्त से परेशान हो रहे है। कोई माननीय हेल्प करें तो मेहरबानी होगी ????
