Customer Care representative doesn’t respond effevtvely with the accurate results or resolution whic is leading to unwanted discussion. Complaints raised were nit resolved on time. I had recharged data pack of 2 gb per day. I haven’t updated any apps…. all my background apps are closed. It exhausted too quickly.
