Text of Complaint by Adarsh Kumar Saxena:

I was using airtel services they kept calling and forced me to buy airtel black plan. Then their services degraded day by day. I raised a complaint and it was closed without any action taken. I opened it again and again it was closed. I tried to change my service provider. Now to go out of airtel I had to dissociate my 4 number from the black plan which took another three days to and again they charged me for this. Even after porting out to Vodafone they got my services barred because of some Rs. 46/-. When I reached out to vodafone they said its a TRAI rule. What kind of rule is this if a shop is not providing me good stuff why can’t I get it from another shop. Its like a trap put in place to earn money for no services. Even If I make an attempt to pay the bill they ask me for account no and other details which I don’t have.
As a consumer I paid 18000/- to airtel for 6 months for worst internet service and again now when I switched to another network I am paying to Vodafone but still my services are barred. There is no way I can get things fixed. I can’t sue them because I don’t have that much money and time. All I get is frustration, depression and a feeling that I am being harassed by the whole telecom sector and I can’t do anything.
