I had done my airtel smart pack on 16-sep-2020 of (Rupees 249) in which I got 1.5gb/day unlimited calls and 300 sms for 28 days from 17-09-2020 onward my internet hasn’t work for a bit as I am a student of college and suffering very much in my online classes because of internet issue I had done complaint at 121 continuous for a week they said your problem will be shortly resolved but they fool to me at every call and saide that be patience. I am suffering very much for their internet as the internet doen’t work even for once in a day and they charge rupees 249 for this to me and fool to me please kindly support and help me to sort out this problem Thank you.
