Text of Complaint by Dr. Arun:

I ordered Wednesday strips bucket from swiggy on 12th April 2023; 7.46 pm. I got an automated call from Swiggy within the next 5 minutes saying that the order was canceled by the restaurant (KFC). However, upon investigation, it was proved that KFC didn’t even receive such an order from swiggy. Upon contacting Swiggy customer care, the first executive was so stubborn that it was KFCs fault that they cancelled the order. When I took both of them on a conference call, it was proved that KFC never received order, Swiggy never placed order. Swiggy took up the money to boost their transaction and claimed that they have initiated refund, which will get credited to my card within the next 4-7 days. Why should I lose my money for those many days when I was not provided food, nor immediate refund? It was completely the fault of swiggy. The next level supervisor admitted it. Swiggy should be fined heavily for such atrocities.
